THz Atelier – Terahertz photonics laboratory

Head of laboratory Dr. Irmantas Kašalynas and PhD student Justinas Jorudas represented THz Photonics laboratory at International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors (IWN) which took place in Berlin, Germany from 10th till 14th of October. Our lab presented scientific results in 1 oral and 3 poster presentations.
We hosted Masterclass event on 2-5 Oct at the FTMC, Vilnius, in a frame of TERAOPTICS project (https://teraoptics.eu). In total, 27 students participated in a trainings leaded by distinguished lecturers (https://apropos.ftmc.lt/academic-writing-seminars). Warm cheers from all of us taken at last day of Masterclass!

The second FGTC took place in La Grande Motte, France, from 16th to 19th of May. THz Atelier presented their work on AlGaN/GaN HEMT based detectors and emitters.
